Before contacting our service center, it is important to complete a few preparation steps:
- Gather the necessary documentation. For safes, this includes the warranty card, receipt or delivery note, as well as the user guide and instructions for the electronic lock. For furniture, you will need the receipt or delivery note, assembly instructions, a parts list for the product, and for the set of hardware.
- You should have information about the model of the product, the purchase or manufacturing date, as well as the serial number and lock model. If you do not have all this information, do not worry; just send a photo of the product to our service center's email.
- Ensure that you are in close proximity to the product so that you can describe the problem more accurately if needed.
Following these simple steps will help us provide more efficient and prompt service for your product.
Warranty Periods
ATTENTION*
The warranty period is provided on the condition of scheduled maintenance. Without maintenance, the warranty is 1 year.
The warranty terms for repairing safes and locks include several exceptions where the warranty does not apply. Here are some of those cases:
- If the integrity of the seal, which is installed by the manufacturer or service center, is broken.
- If the operating, storage, and transportation instructions for the product are not followed.
- If damage or malfunctions are caused by attempts of unauthorized access to the safe's contents by third parties.
- If unauthorized repair attempts or modifications were made to the safe's structure or components, either by yourself or with the help of specialists from non-authorized service centers.
- If a malfunction or defect results from normal wear and tear of the key, lock, keypad, bolt mechanism, hinges, or other parts that are subject to intensive use (more than 10 opening/closing cycles per day) and regular maintenance, recommended every 6 months, was not performed.
- If you lost the lock code combination or keys.
- If damage, defects, or malfunctions are caused by exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures (above 40°C or below 10°C), corrosion, oxidation, or the penetration of foreign objects, materials, or liquids inside the safe, door, or keypad.
- If damage or malfunctions are related to natural disasters such as fire, flood, earthquake, etc.
- If inappropriate or poor-quality power elements, not recommended by the manufacturer, were used.
- In other cases, fully or partially related to the above-mentioned reasons.
