With our extensive experience in working with watch boxes and safes, we guarantee that we provide our customers with only high-quality products, as maintaining our reputation is always more important than short-term profit.

Every product we offer comes with a manufacturer’s warranty. The duration of the warranty is determined by the manufacturer or distributor.

All our warranties are provided in accordance with current legislation, including the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection." Each of our products meets the descriptions and specifications presented in our catalog. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase and is indicated in the product documentation. Our service center conducts an examination to identify the causes of malfunctions and determine the nature of the defect, whether it is a manufacturing defect or incorrect usage.

In the case of a defect, after the examination, warranty repairs are carried out free of charge. The transport of the product to the service center is paid for by the buyer.

However, there are a few cases where returns and warranty repairs are not provided:

• The product has mechanical damage or signs of tampering/repair.
• Malfunctions are caused by the impact of foreign objects or liquids.
• Electrolyte has leaked from the power cells.
• Damage occurred due to natural disasters or emergency situations.

Additionally, we have a few important recommendations for caring for your boxes:

• Keep the box away from heat sources, sunlight, and high humidity.
• Clean the box with a soft, damp cloth.
• Do not disassemble the box yourself and avoid dropping it.
